mom-to-be Kim Kardashian stunned on the red carpet of the "Tyler Perry's Temptation: Confessions Of A Marriage Counselor" screening on March 16, 2013 in Atlanta, Georgia.

 

 Kim showed off her baby-bump in an uber-flattering sparkling black lace top with empire waist and leather leggings .The outfit was designed by stylists Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn with pants by the Kardasian Kollection. And of course, she completes the ensemble with black heels, at 5 months pregnant,i think Kim jst has to let her heels have some rest atleast for now.
