A four-seater airplane flying from Nigeria to Gabon has been declared missing.
The plane, owned by the Global Aviation departed departed Kano, on Monday, June 23, 2014 to Libreville, Gabon with a stopover in Douala, Cameroon. The American pilot, who was the only person on-board, made his last contact with the control tower in Mongo which is two hours flight from Douala. A search and rescue
operation is ongoing by the Cameroonian civil aviation authorities as
this come 3 months after disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight.
