The L.A. Sheriff’s department is investigating Justin Bieber for battery after the pop star’s Calabasas, California neighbor claimed he was physically assaulted by the singer. It is believed that the neighbor confronted Bieber about the noise he was making after hosting a party when he returned from his overseas tour. It is unclear though whether Bieber physically assaulted the man or simply got into a verbal argument with him.
